Aggressive application of stonebase, as surface preparation for asphalt laying at the ongoing construction of the 1 kilometer Ubimini community road with 2 kilometer drainage undertaken by Emohua local government.
The Ubimini road is the fourth in the series of community road projects conceived and executed simultaneously by the local government chairman, Dr. Chidi Lloyd, within the first term of his administration.
The road is a link between Emohua LGA in Rivers State and Ohaji-Egbema LGA in Imo State.
